pricing:
- typically our hourly rate is $95/hr in increments of 15 minutes (call us now for an estimate)
- onsite technical support has a one-hour minimum charge, no call-out fee
- remote technical support for established clients is billed in 15 minute increments
- established clients are invoiced monthly
we accept cheques, cash, and online banking payments.
